I am a professional tutor with a proven track record of helping students achieve and exceed their goals.
I offer online one-to-one and group sessions with availability all week, focusing on Mathematics and Further Mathematics and university admission tests.
I also offer in-person sessions for GCSE and A-Level students in a public space in Enfield.

Tutoring Approach

Teaching is a dynamic process, and being able to appreciate the student's needs is paramount. I would vary and change my teaching style depending on the student and offer various examples and practice that we can go through to nail down exam technique. During a session I focus on different types of learning styles and see how the student responds. My aim is to build the student's holistic skills so they would know how best they learn, giving them skills for life.
I have tutored throughout my time at university, in-person and online, teaching Maths and Sciences at different levels in addition to working in school environments either abroad or in the UK doing various roles. This has given me extensive experience with a variety of students, especially those with SEND.
I offer 1-1 online mathematics sessions and small groups of 2-6 students.
The small group sessions are formatted to balance interactivity and price. Students benefit from bouncing ideas off each other for an interactive and engaging lesson.
1-1s will be more personalized to the student, and we may discuss how to get the most value out of these sessions.
Keeping stakeholders such as the parent/carer involved is vital to ensuring an effective tuition.
