Rachel has been tutoring our daughter in GCSE English Literature and English Language for the past four months. Our daughter struggles with these subject areas and also struggles with emotional regulation. Rachel is very knowledgeable and has been extremely flexible in her teaching to ensure our daughter gets the most out of her time. Rachel is very upfront and honest about the lessons and expectations. We are extremely pleased with Rachel and would recommend her to anyone.

I regret to inform that Rachel has been very inconsistent with her punctuation and attendance. She has mostly arrived late and been very unresponsive to my last call.
I would clearly avoid tutoring with Rachel inthe future as it has impacted my child!!

I appreciate you taking the time for the feedback.
On the notion on punctuality I would like address I do teach beforehand and have always offered flexibility and rescheduling when unfortunately my main role has affected my tutoring hours.

I would also like it stated that the last session I had messaged you to confirm and hadn't heard back so I did not attend.

On the topic of progress of your child, I had attended 3 sessions a week, provided resources and and homework (per your request) and all included in the fee. I can only support children within the time I am with them, your child did make a small progress but began to not engage in the sessions.

I would like to apologise for not taking your last call, I would like to explain that this had steamed from the previous conversations we had concerning your child's progress and engagement in the session. Which had happened more than once and I had tried to explain your child was not progressing or engaging and I feel bad taking your money and showing every time when I was not wanted there. I had also explained that eventually there will come a point where I will have stop tutoring if this does not change and was begged by yourself to carry on as I was "your only hope".

Unfortunately, the lack of progress for your child, I am afraid to say comes from the time out of my care. My positive feedback before this is a testament to that.
