Hi!

I am a recent student who has left Y13 and has taken A-Levels in Maths, Biology and Chemistry and applied for medicine receiving 4/5 offers (predicted A*AA). My GCSE grades ranged from 7-9 - highest grades achieved in: Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Business and Geography. I am willing to tutor:
- GCSE level: Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics
- A-level level: Biology (OCR A)

I am willing to travel within Maidstone and tutor within homes, outside locations e.g. library or online (or we can mix it up depending on flexibility).

Tutoring Experience

• Tutored children taking the 11+
• Tutored students in Y10/11 for GCSE mocks (peer tutoring in school and independent tutoring outside of school)

Tutoring Approach

My teaching approach varies depending on the student and assessing their needs and how they respond to different methods. However I tend to make a student sit an assessment before any formal lessons and also make them fill out a form stating their weak areas in the subject and how they revise. I also will be setting a reasonable amount of homework to support them in their learning and to help retain information.
