I am a primary teacher with 15 years experience. I love helping children see connections in their learning and reduce their stress and anxiety caused by the pressures in the education system.

Tutoring Experience

I have been a class teacher for 15 years and have worked in various stages from P1- P7. I have adopted various methodologies in my approaches. I am passionate about maths and love sharing the connections, patterns and tricks that I find. I have worked with children with various abilities but the majority have loved maths by the end of our session!

Tutoring Approach

I aim to make teaching fun! I find out what children are interested in and relate learning to this. I have used both Jolly Phonics and North Lanarkshire to introduce phonics to children and help with spelling and I have used various maths resources such as TJ and Heinemann.
