I am a passionate teacher and head of Computer Science. I hold a near 100% A*-B A LEVEL and 9-7 GCSE success rate. I have been head of computer science in top 11% school in the country & specialist with OCR/AQA A Level & GCSE Computer Science exam boards.

Commercial experience designing and developing software applications in Python, Django Pygame, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, 3DS MAX, ActionScript. Experienced efficient programmer Django framework/python, SQL, AWS. Computer programmer; games development (also with pygame), AI/robotics.

Tutoring Experience

Experienced as head of Computer Science in Secondary Education, University College. Over 20 years experience. 100% Good - Outstanding rating in lesson observations and recorded by OFSTED.

80% 9 grade pass rate in the GCSE Computer Science course and 20% 7 grade pass rate (no lower). 100% A*-B in the A LEVEL Computer Science course.

Experience: developed computer science teachers/heads in other educational establishments. Over the years I have mentored, trained PGCE and Newly qualified teachers across the country (some of which are successful as Head of Departments in Good/Outstanding schools). For this reason I am in a strong position to deliver the best Programming and Teaching of Computer Science in the country.

I am experienced with delivery of syllabus of all the major exam boards (OCR, AQA, EdExcel, WJEC)

I have one of the best teaching and training experience. I have a passion for computer Science and Programming that I teach; I try to enthuse my students using a wide range of teaching resources, approaches and techniques. Every student enjoys and achieves in my lessons.

I am successful working in secondary schools and 6th form for 20 years. I have currently a 100% 9* - 6 pass rate in the GCSE Computer Science course and 90% A* - B pass rate in the A LEVEL Computer Science course.
