Esther's Feedback

Esther has been a fantastic tutor for our daughter, in the build up to her GCSEs she was struggling with maths and her grades were slipping, Esther was able to help us get her back and track and throughout her mock exams her results massively improved preparing her for the main exams.

Our daughter has openly told us that without Esther she wouldn't have the confidence and understanding required to take her GCSE maths and be at a level where she should be able attain her required grades.

Esther has been a fantastic tutor my my daughter in year 10. I specifically chose Esther because of her educational background.Lily is more confident and is looking forward to lessons with Esther each week when she can go through the topics that she’s been struggling with at school. We have been really pleased with the turn around in our Son’s Maths performance throughout Year 11. This was a really tricky subject for him having missed so much time at school through COVID, so we decided to look for a Tutor in his final year at School.
Thankfully we found Esther through First Tutors and can honestly say what a difference it’s made, our son Ashton has become much more confident and comfortable in this subject.
Keeping a relatively non academic teenage boy interested in Maths after a day at school already can’t be easy, so hats off to Esther.

My son was under performing, lacking confidence and unable to work independently on his maths. His grade was below age expected which didnt help. I reached out to Esther and she worked very hard with him. Her diligence in helping him understand the work and her sheer persistence has paid off. My son received his SATS results and scored very highly. He loved going to work with Esther aa she made him feel at ease. Esther kept me updated every week and ensured we had a good working relationship. Very ptofessional. Will definitely use Esther again for my younger child.

My daughter Ella is in year 10 at school and had been lacking in confidence in Maths. As she will be doing her GCSEs over the next 2 years I wanted to get some one on one help for Ella which would be her time to have the focus solely on her needs. So far Esther has been great. She is friendly and approachable, and most importantly Ella feels these sessions are really helping her. I would highly recommend Esther.
