I am an experienced, friendly tutor who is very flexible and adaptable to my student’s needs and style of learning. I like to make my sessions as fun and interactive as possible. I am fully qualified in my subjects and also have experience teaching in school. I tutor Maths and the three Sciences. I have availability throughout the summer holidays, and on Wednesday daytime from September.

3+ years of tutoring privately
First Class Degree in Genetics
Experience delivering Maths Intervention in high school
Qualified to degree level in Learning and Development (CIPD Level 5)
I also tutor children who are out of school with various SEN who are funded by the local authority.

Tutoring Approach

I like to design sessions with the learner in mind. I will ask how you like to learn best and what works for you, and then teach with that in mind.
I want the sessions to be enjoyable and effective for my learners and take a very open approach as to what is working well, what isn’t, and how we can improve, to make sure you get the most out of my sessions.
