I'm a sixth-form Classics student and Oxford hopeful looking to share my love for my subjects with willing students. I have had my own struggles with the languages during my journey and am best equipped to help anyone suffering the same. Having taken GCSE only little more than a year ago, I both understand the qualification and the students and am happy to help with whatever you're looking for!

Tutoring Experience

I am active in helping out with Classics outreach at my school, I have helped with Year 8 classes. I have tutoring experience online in Ancient Greek, and in person with Maths, English, Physics and Biology. I have also one-on-one mentored a Year 5 student in Science as part of a volunteering scheme.

Tutoring Approach

My youth and proximity to GCSEs and KS3 allows me to cater for the course. I feel it is important to focus on genuine understanding of the content, but also understanding of the exam specification and mark schemes. In this way, I believe it is possible to get anyone up to the grades they need to succeed. I offer a personal and interactive approach; the most important thing in a good tutor is their relationship with the pupil and as a friendly sixth-form student myself, you can be sure you will enjoy our lessons!
