Regrettably, the tutor cancelled at short notice (same day) on two occasions. I cannot rate the tutor's performance because we did not meet her but understand that the only way to obtain a refund of the introduction fee is to use this feedback system.

Elisa contacted us promptly to arrange lessons and has proved to be an excellent tutor for my daughter. Very patient and professional and is definitely helping her to improve her English and is giving her the confidence to believe she will get the grades she needs. Would definitely recommend her. I have infact been experiencing some difficulty getting in touch with Elisa. The telephohne number on her site was uncontactable and she hasn't been replying e-mails as quickly as i would have wanted. She is now responding by e-mail but too slow for my purpose. I wonder if i could have a functional telephone number to contact her on!
