Donna kindly accommodated our son who was sitting his English GCSE 's for the 2nd time ,struggling he finally gave in to having a tutor. Donna fitted us in straight away at a time which suited our family commitments. Our son clicked straight away with Donna and her way of tutoring, pleasant, understandable and she came prepared with everything he needed to go into the exams feeling confident .
Communication was good via text , always punctual. I can't thank her enough.
