SEN Specialist Tutor (mainly ASD; ADHD; dyspraxia; dyscalculia and dyslexia). Primarily Maths, but I also have plenty of experience teaching Science, English and French up to GCSE level.
I studied psychology at LSBU and am now coming up to my final year studying Mathematics at the OU. I have been working in education for over 8 years, in both primary and secondary schools before becoming a full-time tutor in 2020. My experience ranges from tutoring high achieving primary school students, to adults with learning difficulties. I have tutored students who are preparing for entrance exams; students who need additional support with their learning; and students who have shown an interest in extra subjects. As well as this, I have home-schooled students who are not able to find school placements for various reasons. I'm well versed in the primary and secondary school curriculums and can adapt all lessons and resources to each individual.
I am very calm and pride myself on forming a strong bond with each student to ensure they feel relaxed and motivated in each of my lessons. I am passionate about enabling anyone to learn the way that works for them and allow them to achieve their full potential.

● Homeschooling 10+ hrs a week for single students; exam prep and general
additional support both online and face to face
● Exams: 7+; SATS; 11+; 13+; GCSEs; Functional Skills; A-level equivalent
(European Bac). Over 95% of my students have reached their required
grades, and all of my students have achieved higher than expected
● EYFS lessons: working on developmental and social skills
● Online lessons: proficient in using computer programs and have access to
interactive whiteboards and engaging and stimulating resources
Tailored to the individual. 1:1 is my preference, but I can also do small groups.
I have loads of resources and interactive things that can be differentiated and adapted to whatever the student needs. I am a very calm and relaxed tutor and enable the student to learn at their own pace; while still making sure the relevant work gets done.
I teach both online and face to face and both styles are equally as beneficial.
