I'm a qualified and experienced primary tutor with over 25 years of teaching and tutoring across Key Stages 1 and 2. I hold a BA (Hons) in Primary Education with QTS and have a deep understanding of the primary curriculum.
I have extensive experience working with children with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, PDA, Cerebral Palsy, and hearing/ sight impairments. I also hold additional qualifications in Understanding Autism (Level 2), Understanding Behaviour that Challenges (Level 2), and Mental Health Awareness (Level 1), which further support my ability to meet diverse learning and emotional needs.
My Safeguarding and Prevent training are fully up to date, and I am committed to creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning space.
My approach is fully child-centred – I tailor every session to each child's unique learning style, pace, and interests, creating a calm and engaging environment where children feel supported, confident, and motivated to succeed.
