Hi,
I am a Qualified Teacher with expertise in helping students excel in their maths studies. My focus ranges from GCSE to A-level Mathematics, where I concentrate on reviewing mathematical concepts, strengthening students' understanding, and boosting their confidence in performing their exams.

Tutoring Experience

Currently, I am working on Foundation Programs as a Mathematics tutor at the university delivering courseworks at levels 2, 3 and 4.

With a decade of experience in education, I have held various roles, including Teaching Assistant, supply teacher, Maths teacher and examiner. These diverse experiences have enhanced my ability to adapt and tailor lessons to meet the unique needs of students. As a supply teacher, I quickly adjusted to different classroom settings, while my role as a Maths teacher allowed me to specialize in this subject and develop engaging teaching strategies. Additionally, my experience as an examiner has equipped me with a deep understanding of assessment and curriculum standards. I am dedicated to fostering student success through collaboration with colleagues, parents, and a commitment to ongoing professional development, all while infusing my passion for education into every aspect of my work.

Tutoring Approach

I use different techniques, depending on the subject and the student, always being approachable. Making the right environment for learning; relaxed, entertained and positive atmosphere, where students gain self-confidence and learn that mistakes are part of the learning process and it is not a reason to be afraid to make them. I support my lessons with visual material, audio or multimedia material, making sure the learning process is completely and successfully.
